You will get the final video within 7 days of filling your questionnaire.
Once you have submitted your get started questionnaire. Our team will begin working on your script and will send you a draft within 48 hours. You will be able to approve the script or request changes. When you are happy with the script, you can let our team know and it will be sent for voiceover and animation. Within 7 days of filling the questionnaire you will have the first draft of the video. You’ll be able to request additional animation changes at this stage free of charge before getting your final HD video.
Once you have the first draft of your video, you will be able to request an unlimited ammount of animation edits free of charge. You will also be able to request changes at the scripting stage as well. This is to ensure you are happy with your final video. If you feel after all this that we have not delivered what we promise or what you expected. You can request a full refund.
